1 May 2005 - Server Migration Planned

Following service changes by the hosting ISP, Gracemail.com will shortly be moving to a new server.

There will be no significant change in functionality, although in future there will be three different webmail clients instead of the current one - just use your favourite!!

Although the functionality remains similar, there will need to be forced password reset to enable the migration from the old server to the new server.

All the other ISP settings will remain the same, although any email forwarding will be lost.

An email notice with the new passwords will be sent out prior to the migration. It is expected that the migration will take place by the end of March.

At this time, unused accounts will not be migrated - please respond to the Gracemail.com webmaster if you require to continue to use the Gracemail.com service.

9 September 2004 - Status Page

Following some minor hosting problems, we 've created a status page that gives an indication of the current status of the Gracemail.com mail systems.

The Status page is available in the menu column at the bottom.

30 November 2003 - Migration Update

The good news is that all the migration processes are complete. The old ISP mailboxes have been cleared out, mails forwarded to your new account and then deleted from your old mailbox.

The new mailboxes and services are all working.

The only slight fly in the ointment is that anyone who's mailbox was automatically forwarding mail to another mailbox, is no longer doing this - you will need to logon to your account (see the menu on the left), and amend the forwarding option under the Email Aliases section. Sorry ;)

16 November 2003 - ISP Migration

Unfortunately a move to a new web host has been forced on us by our current host shutting up shop.

The schedule of the move is detailed below:

  • 24 November 2003 - Gracemail.Info domain purchased and set-up on under new web hosts.
  • 26 November - new user accounts configured on Gracemail.Info. Email sent to all users with new user details (note the SMTP server details were incorrect - see the Settings option on the left for the correct settings.
  • 28 November - forwarding of all Gracemail.Com emails redirected to Gracemail.Info mailboxes (to collect emails you'll need to set-up a new account in your e-mail client).
  • 29 November - all Gracemail.Com mailboxes emptied with mails being forwarded to equivalent Gracemail.Info accounts.
  • 30 November - Gracemail.Com domain migrated to Gracemail.Info hosts

For any other information, please contact the WebMaster.
