Setting Up Outlook 2003
To set-up accounts for Outlook 98, 2000 and Outlook XP, you should be able to follow a similar process to the one detailed below.
You can configure Outlook 2003 to check as many email accounts as you like - just follow the procedure below:
- Start Outlook
- From the Tools menu, choose the E-mail Accounts option.
- When E-mail Accounts wizard starts, choose the Add a new e-mail account option and click on Next.

- From the Server Type dialogue choose the POP3 option, and click Next.

- Complete the Internet E-mail Settings dialogue using the details supplied in the email you should have received. It should look something like this -

- Click More Settings and choose the Outgoing Server tab to complete configuration of the Outgoing (SMTP) server as below, then click OK to return to the Email Accounts Dialog above.

- Click on the Test Account settings to check that all the information you have entered is correct. If required Outlook will automatically initiate a dial-up networking connection using your default ISP.
- If you get any errors when testing the settings, please re-check this page, and re-read the email that came with your details. If you still get errors please contact the Webmaster for help.
- Click Next to complete your account set-up and return to the E-Mail Accounts dialog below, then click Finish to return to Outlook.
